All items will be shipped through Hong Kong Post Office registered airmail. The items will be shipped out within 3 working days after we receive the payment in full.
Customs tax:
Please note that a number of countries require you to pay a customs tax/tariffs. This tax is charged by your home country. Please contact your local post office and ask if there is one and how it is calculated before you order. All taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. USA does not have a customs tax for retail orders.
Order Changes and Cancellations Policy:
Due to the speed at which orders are processed and shipped, it is not possible to cancel or change an order once it has been placed.
Orders placed at different times cannot be combined into one order. The reason is that we assign merchandise to customers in the order in which they originally placed their orders.
Returns / Refunds Policy:
We try our best to give you top quality items as fast as we can. If you do receive a damaged figure or a wrong item, you can contact us via email [email protected].
Returned item should be packed with the same care that we show when packing your items. We are not responsible or liable in any way for items lost in the mail.
We will only pay the return postage if the item you receive is the wrong item. The buyer must pay shipping when returning items for any reason other than an incorrect shipment from us.
